1. Eligible Countries & Global Coverage
We ship to most international destinations across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America via trusted global courier networks (including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS).

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (VAT / GST)
Buyer Responsibility: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or customs clearance fees imposed by your country’s government upon arrival.
Payment of Fees: These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient to local customs authorities or courier agencies prior to final delivery.
Declared Value: In accordance with international shipping laws, all packages are declared as merchandise with their exact purchase value listed. We cannot declare items as “Gifts” or understate invoice values.
5. Full Transit Insurance & Live Tracking
Every international package dispatched by Sealed Pocketcg includes 100% full transit insurance covering total loss or severe structural damage while in transit.
Once your package clears initial dispatch, you will receive an automated email containing your global tracking number and direct links to monitor carrier progress.
6. Customs Delays & Refused Deliveries
Customs Inspections: On rare occasions, national customs border agencies may hold packages for inspection. Sealed Pocketcg is not liable for minor delays caused by official customs procedures.
Refused Shipments: If an international package is refused by the buyer due to unpaid customs duties/taxes or an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. Original shipping fees and any return transit charges incurred will be deducted from any final refund processed.
