1. General Overview & Account Registration

2. Product Authenticity & Sealed Condition Policy

  • All products listed on Sealed Pocketcg are guaranteed 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and sourced from official distributors.

  • Due to the collectible nature of Trading Card Games (TCG), product condition applies to the outer factory shrink-wrap and box assembly. Minor manufacturer imperfections in the shrink-wrap (such as tiny air holes or light seam folds from the factory line) do not constitute a defective product.

  • We do not guarantee specific card pull rates, card values, or internal contents inside factory-sealed boxes, as these are determined solely by the manufacturer (The Pokémon Company International).

3. Fair-Play & Purchase Limits (Anti-Scalper Policy)

To protect genuine collectors and prevent market manipulation, hoarding, or automated bot purchases:

  • We reserve the right to enforce strict per-household purchase limits on specific products, pre-orders, and high-demand releases.

  • Multiple orders placed using duplicate shipping addresses, billing addresses, credit card numbers, or suspected proxy accounts intended to bypass product limits may be canceled without prior notice.

  • Orders suspected of being placed via automated software or purchasing bots will be automatically flagged, canceled, and subjected to restocking fees.

4. Pricing & Market Volatility

  • Trading card products operate in a dynamic secondary market. Prices for all items are subject to change without notice based on market availability, demand, and distributor allocations.

  • We do not offer price matching or price adjustments on orders placed prior to or after market price fluctuations.

  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Sealed Pocketcg reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item prior to shipment.

6. Payment, Shipping & Delivery

  • All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been confirmed.

  • Risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Tracked delivery confirmation provided by the carrier serves as proof of delivery.

  • International customers are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees levied by their local customs authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website including but not limited to the Sealed Pocketcg logo, visual designs, graphics, page headers, custom text, and code is the property of Sealed Pocketcg and is protected by intellectual property laws. 8. Limitation of Liability

Sealed Pocketcg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform, shipment delays by third-party carriers, or the inability to obtain specific collector items.
