Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sealed Pocketcg, we take the integrity of our inventory and the trust of our collecting community with absolute seriousness. Because we deal exclusively in 100% factory-sealed, untampered Pokémon TCG products, we enforce strict return guidelines to guarantee that every single item leaving our facility remains 100% authentic.

1. Return Eligibility Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of your order’s delivered tracking date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, untampered, and in the exact original factory shrink-wrap or seal in which it was received.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been opened, unsealed, ripped, or stripped of its original factory shrink-wrap or security stickers is strictly non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on opened products under any circumstances.

2. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

We pack all orders using collector-grade materials (heavy-duty boxes, corner protection, and thick bubble wrap). However, if your package arrives physically damaged during transit:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number along with clear photos of the outer shipping box and the damaged product.

  3. Once verified, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and send out a replacement immediately or process a full refund.

3. Pre-Orders & Cancellations

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-orders reserve physical allocations directly from our official distributors. Cancellations requested before the official ship date are subject to a 10% processing & restocking fee to cover non-refundable merchant transaction costs.

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it falls under our standard 14-day unopened return policy.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Standard Returns (Change of Mind): If you decide to return an unopened item for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee once inspected and approved.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our verification team will inspect the factory seal and box condition within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will automatically be issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
