At Sealed Pocketcg, we know that box corners, mint condition factory wrap, and pristine packaging matter just as much as the cards inside. That is why we treat every order as if it were going directly into our own personal collections.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • In-Stock Products: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Pre-Order Items: Pre-ordered products ship on or slightly before their official street release date provided by The Pokémon Company. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

2. Collector-Grade Packaging Promise

We never ship sealed booster boxes or Elite Trainer Boxes in cheap poly mailers or thin envelopes. Every order is packaged using:

  • Heavy-Duty Cardboard Shipping Boxes sized specifically to avoid crushing.

  • Generous Layers of Bubble Wrap on all sides.

  • Corner Protection & Void Fill to ensure zero sliding or dinged box edges during transit.

3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery

4. International Shipping (We Ship Worldwide 🌎)

We proudly ship factory-sealed Pokémon TCG products to collectors around the globe!

  • Shipping Services: International orders are fulfilled via trusted international carriers (DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail International) with full door-to-door tracking.

  • Customs, Taxes & Import Duties: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their destination country. These charges are separate from shipping fees and are collected upon delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most international shipments arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on local customs clearance times.

5. Tracking & Transit Insurance

  • Tracking Numbers: As soon as your order is packed and assigned a shipping label, a confirmation email containing your live tracking number will be sent automatically.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing your purchase. Sealed Pocketcg is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
