PRICING & MSRP
We sell at the official Pokémon MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) — the price Pokémon recommends. Many other stores charge reseller markups well above that.
We believe every collector deserves a fair price. No hype tax. No scalper pricing. Just the official retail price.
MSRP stands for Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price, the price The Pokémon Company recommends products be sold at.
For example, an Elite Trainer Box has an MSRP of $49.99. That’s exactly what you pay at Sealed Pocketcg when listed at MSRP nothing more.
Never. Our pricing promise is unconditional. No matter how in-demand a set becomes, we will not charge above MSRP.
If a set sells out, we mark it sold out we don’t inflate the price to profit from scarcity.
ORDERS & LIMITS
We enforce a limit of 2 units per shipping address on high-demand products to ensure fair access for all collectors.
This prevents bulk buyers and resellers from clearing stock before regular customers can order.
The limit applies per shipping address. If multiple family members at the same address each need a product, contact our support team before ordering so we can verify and assist.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, before they enter processing.
After processing begins, we’re unable to make changes. Contact us immediately if you need to adjust an order.
When you pre-order a product, your card is charged to lock in the MSRP price. Your order ships on or around the official release date.
Pre-ordering guarantees you get the product at retail price even if it sells out at release.
We accept major credit and debit cards/Bank transfer. Any additional digital wallet options available for your device are shown securely at checkout.
SHIPPING
Orders placed before 2pm on business days ship the same day when inventory is in stock.
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Standard delivery is typically 2–4 business days domestically. Express options may be available at checkout.
International delivery is usually 5–14 business days depending on destination. Estimates may vary during peak periods.
Every order is carefully packed to prevent damage. Booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes are protected with padding and sturdy outer packaging.
We treat every order as if it’s our own because we’re collectors too.
Yes, we ship worldwide where permitted. International rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
AUTHENTICITY
Absolutely. Every product we sell is official, sealed, and sourced through legitimate Pokémon distribution channels.
We do not source from grey markets, unofficial distributors, or unknown resellers. Guaranteed authentic or your money back.
Signs of counterfeit product include prices far below MSRP, blurry packaging, missing holographic texture, lightweight card stock, and spelling errors on boxes.
All Sealed Pocketcg products ship factory-sealed in original Pokémon packaging. If anything seems off, contact us immediately.
Yes every product ships exactly as received from official distribution: factory sealed, untouched, and in original condition.
We never open, repack, or tamper with sealed product.
RETURNS
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery unless marked final sale.
Once a product has been opened, we cannot accept a return. Contact support@sealedpoketcg.com with your order number to start a return.
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund. Damaged shipments are rare because we take packaging seriously.
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank , typically 3–5 additional business days.
